1. Acceptance

By accessing corvexlogic.com or engaging CORVEX LOGIC LLC for services, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, discontinue use immediately.

2. Services

CORVEX LOGIC LLC provides software publishing, custom programming, and systems design services. Specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for each engagement are governed by a separately executed Statement of Work, which supersedes these general terms.

3. Intellectual Property

Site content is property of CORVEX LOGIC LLC. Software deliverables produced under engagement are owned by the client as specified in the executed Service Agreement.

4. Limitation of Liability

CORVEX LOGIC LLC's liability for any engagement is limited to total fees paid. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages beyond the direct scope of delivered work.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use this site to transmit malicious content, conduct automated scraping, or probe hosting infrastructure. Violations will result in immediate blocking and may be referred to relevant authorities.

6. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi. Disputes resolved in Covington County, Mississippi courts.

7. Changes

Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of corvexlogic.com after modification constitutes acceptance. Questions: help@corvexlogic.com
